Everything used to make this site, and what it took. There is no build step, just one HTML file.
My process
I directed this site and Claude wrote the code. What it says, how it looks and how it moves all went through me, in more than 100 rounds of direction on the real page.
Set the direction
It started as a one-line request for a coming soon page. I chose the references, from ElevenLabs to x.ai’s Voice, picked each component, and wrote the intro and the closing line.
Judge it on the page
I reviewed changes in the browser, pointing at the exact element. When six new shaders looked bad, I sent them back. The logo’s black hole took three rounds before the motion felt calm.
Cut what didn’t earn its place
A contact form, a footer and a two-line animated headline were all built, looked at and removed. SiteMinder’s cards changed visuals three times before they felt right.
What it took
Measured from the Claude Code session log on 4 November 2026. Most processed tokens are the same conversation being re-read from cache on each step, so the written figure is the better sense of the work. Active hours count time with under 30 minutes between steps.
